Trees were planted on the road side to enhance the surrounding area of the site. Water is supplied to this trees from site. These tress helps to absorbed heat radiation, shrubs, plants and grass. External roads are oriented in such a way that it can utilize natural wind.

Podiums & terraces are covered with green medians. Non-Slippy steps are constructed. Sapplings are multiplied & every sapplings is given proper care. Small shrubs are planred on podium. Podium constructed with grass to reduce heat radiation & increase ground water table.

Open terraces are provided on various floors. Terraces are covered with green madians. Interactive spaces are created on terrace. Pargolas are designed to south side to protect from harsh sunlight.

The building / complex design caters to differently abled & senior citizens in accordance with guidelines of national building code (n.b.c) of india 2005. Easy access to the main entrance. Future provision for vertical gardening.

Roof water is stored in water harvesting tank. It also reacharge –well water. We have constructed 5 lakh litre water harvesting tank cum swimmiming pool in basement. 24 hrs water supply in the month of may . we are 100 % independent of muncipal water – supply. Landscape is done with grass pavers so that water percolate in ground & increase ground water table.
