Internal roads are constructed with grass pavers to reduce heat radiation & increase ground water table. Buildind perefere is surrounded by trees to form green curtain. These trees are 100% re-planted from site itself and 100% succusefull. These pereferal trees act as visual barrier to the surrunding buildings.
HEAT REDUCTION
Maximiizing use of grass pavers on internal service road. Material with high solar reflectance index like china mosaic tiles are used roof. Roof area is covered with grass medians and many plant. Solar panels are installed over roof for solar water heating which also minimize heat gain on terrace.
NATURAL AIR – CONDITIONING
Typically designed in conjunction with radiant heating, radiant cooling systems circulate cooled fluid through the same network of PEX pipe used for heating, creating a cooled floor, wall or ceiling that can evenly absorb sensible heat energy. This includes radiant energy from solar gain, people, equipment, lights and computers, in addition to convective heat transfer from the air.

SOLAR ENERGY
Solar street lights are powered by photovoltaic panels which turn on and turn off automatically by sensing outdoor light using a light source. Solar water heating (swh) is the conversion of sunlight into renewable energy for water heating using a solar thermal collector • generates hot water without electricity or any other fuel.
BIOGAS TREATMENT PLANT
